There are 5 cameras. To feed 24 / 7. Please help me security, software required, the initial cost and problems liabiltiy pornography. Any help would be very grateful.

What is the refresh rate of the cameras? Are you refresh every minute? 30 seconds? 1 seconds? 30 times per second? This is the bandwidth you need starting - and hard disk space, too. Further updates will be, the more bandwidth you need the storage space you need (for the video stream to save if you saved to disk).
Team - something fundamental, and probably would be nice - $ 1K or $ 1500 for a computer that would probably be good.
As for security, etc. I do not know how it will deliver the video data. Are you online? If yes, to a protected location.
