How do I Block someone from sending me messages on Facebook? - thank you messages or helping

The person is not the name of a contact person and do not click able Thire (I do not know if it's) a word, so there is no profile picture, so if I to privacy settings and try to block, I can not find the person, PPL, because many have the same name.
The reason why I do it because I want to sent more than 2 messages per day and never play again, not just say once again to stop them, but only the environment further news.
